He has built, scaled, and exited multiple businesses, including a supply chain tech SaaS business acquired by Amazon, where he then led initiatives in Amazon Global Logistics and AWS. His leadership is marked by a strong focus on growth, customer-centric innovation, and operational excellence.
At CargoSprint, Caro is spearheading an ambitious strategy focused on delivering customer and stakeholder value, leveraging his deep industry knowledge, leadership and history of innovation.
Outside of work, Caro enjoys skiing and golfing, especially with his two daughters, and resides in his native city of Los Angeles.
