By using our Services, you are consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

CargoSprint develops and offers software solutions to the logistics execution industry. We combined with Advent Intermodal Solutions in 2024, a pioneer in port community systems, and today are one of the most comprehensive logistics technology providers in the industry.
We collect personal information in order to register you, provide and continually improve our Services including when you visit our websites. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you may not be able to utilize certain Services. Here is a summary of the categories of personal data we collect.
Personal Information: name, address, phone number, email, account credentials, identifiers including IP address, biometric data or geolocation, vehicle identifiers such as VIN or license plate, and government ID.
Business Information: company name, website, email and/or phone number contact information, organizational details, and tax/billing information.
Transactional & Service Data: payment and billing information including credit card or bank account details, bills of lading, records of services with logistics partners, date and time of transaction or event in Services, and other logistics-related data.
Automatically Collected Data: public IP address of the requesting entity or of our end user device, date and time of a request, requested url, access status/HTTP status code, cookies, analytics like amount of data transferred, interaction patterns.
End-users: our customers, or their end users, may input or upload personal information into the Services to enable or complete transactions or events in the Services. Please note we process that personal information as a processor on behalf of the relevant customer, the controller, in accordance with the customer’s instructions.
Employment Application Information: including your contact and demographic information, educational and work history, employment interests, information obtained during interviews and any other information you choose to provide, if you apply for employment.
Information from other sources: information from your logistics or financial services partners to facilitate Services.
Provision of Services and account management: We use your personal information to provide Services, complete transactions or events in the Services that you have requested, process payments, and communicate with you and with other logistics parties on your behalf.
Improve Services and Customer Support: We use your personal information to provide customer support, provide functionality, develop new products and features, analyze performance, fix issues and improve the usability and effectiveness of Services.
Legal and compliance purposes: We use your personal information to comply with laws, complete required Know Your Customer/Business (“KYC” / “KYB”) requirements, mandatory reporting, prevent and detect fraud and abuse to protect the security of our users, CargoSprint and others, and assess and manage credit and financial risk.
Marketing: We use your personal information to offer you products and services that might be of interest to you.
We reserve the right to use de-identified or aggregated data for any purpose without limitation, and we will not attempt to re-identify the information.
We will keep your data for as long as we reasonably need to for the purposes listed above, or as otherwise required by law.
Please see our Cookie Policy. We use Cookies on our websites for essential functionality as well as analytics, personalization and marketing purposes. You may manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Please note that doing so may negatively impact your experience using the Services.
We are not in the business of selling our customers’ personal information to others. We may share your information within the CargoSprint group of companies and with the following categories of third parties.
Transactions or events involving third parties: We make available to you facilitation or orchestration Services related to services you have engaged with third party logistics providers, such as vehicle booking system appointments with a marine terminal, cargo facility or motor carrier operator, and may share personal information with those logistics providers to complete Services.
Third party service providers: We engage other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf to provide you Services. Examples include identity, screening and KYC/KYB verification, processing payments, assessing and managing credit risk, fraud protection, systems security, streamlining repetitive tasks, providing customer service, analyzing data, improving the Services, and providing marketing assistance.
Business transfers: As we continue to develop our Services, we might sell or buy other businesses or services. In such transactions, customer information is generally a business asset that is transferred but remains subject to the promises made in the applicable privacy notice.
Protection of CargoSprint and others: We release account and personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law, enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements, or protect the rights, property or safety of CargoSprint, our users, or others.
We are committed to securing your personal data and have implemented a range of measures to effectively do so. We are Systems and Organization Controls 2 (“SOC2”) Type 2 compliant and ensure our payment processes are compliant with Payment Card Information Data Security Standard (“PCI-DSS”). We protect the security of your personal information through industry-standard secure network architecture, during transmission and at rest by using encryption protocols and software, restrict administrative access of our production systems to approved personnel, have an incident management process for security events, implement security controls at our physical locations and data centers, and employ security and privacy practices in our product development lifecycle process.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your account and to your computers, devices, and applications as well as making sure that the information you provide us is updated and correct.
Our Services are designed for and directed to other companies. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16.
Our Services may contain links to other sites and services that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. In addition, you may be directed to a third party’s services for certain services that are made available through our Services but which are not controlled by us, such as digital wallet services and payment processing services. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
CargoSprint aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, limit, or delete information about you. Consequently, and depending upon where you are located and under applicable law, you may have the following data protection rights:
Information you provide to us: You are in control of the information that you choose to directly provide to us. In your account settings, you may review, update, and edit certain account information.
To accept or decline marketing and other promotional material: In some areas, we must obtain your consent in order to contact you with marketing or other items that may be of interest. You may opt-out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in the footer of our emails.
To answer or reject surveys: We may use the information you provide us to contact you with surveys to improve our products and services, as well as develop new solutions to better serve you and others.
To restrict Cookies: The Help feature in most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies or other identifiers, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to block cookies altogether. However, if you do not accept Cookies, you may not be able to use some features of our Services. You may also enable or disable “Do Not Track” on your browser.
To be informed: if you want to know what Personal Information we hold about you.
To rectify: if the Personal Information we have is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated.
To restrict: should you want us to curtail the way your Personal Information is processed.
To block or reject SMS messages: You may opt out of text delivery at any time by replying STOP. Alternatively, you may email inquiries@cargosprint.com with your phone number and request to be removed from such SMS program.
To object: should you be against our processing of your Personal Information.
To delete: you may request that we delete your Personal Information, subject to certain exceptions and limitations provided under applicable law.
To withdraw: you may withdraw your consent at any time where CargoSprint relied on your consent to process data about you.
Depending on your state of residency, you may also have the right to not receive retaliatory or discriminatory treatment in connection with a request to exercise the above rights. However, the exercise of the rights described above may result in a different price, rate or quality level of product or service where that difference is reasonably related to the impact the right has on our relationship or is otherwise permitted by law.
As stated above, you can always choose not to provide certain information, but then you may not be able to utilize certain CargoSprint Services.
To the extent required by applicable law, you may exercise available rights by emailing inquiries@cargosprint.com with the subject line “Data Subject Rights Request” and provide your name, email and phone number. In submitting a request, we may ask you to verify your identity so that we can protect you against fraudulent requests for your information. Thus, we may ask you to sign into your account, to provide information about your identity or residence, or provide other confirming information to allow us to verify your identity. Depending on your state of residency, you may be able to appeal a decision we have made in connection with your privacy rights request. All appeal requests should be submitted by emailing inquiries@cargosprint.com.
These additional U.S. state privacy disclosures (“State Disclosures”) supplement the information above for residents of these states.
For the purposes of these State Disclosures, personal information does not include publicly available information or deidentified, aggregated or anonymized information that is maintained in a form that is not capable of being associated with or linked to you. Additionally, the State Disclosures set out in this section do not describe our practices when we process data as a service provider on behalf of our customers in accordance with the applicable contractual agreement.
No Sales or Targeted Advertising: We do not sell personal data, and we do not process or otherwise share personal data for the purpose of displaying advertisements that are selected based on personal data obtained or inferred over time from an individual’s activities across businesses or non-affiliated websites, applications, or other services (otherwise known as “targeted advertising”).
Sensitive Information: The following personal data elements we collect may be classified as “sensitive” under certain privacy laws (“Sensitive Information”): driver’s license; facial likeness, credit/debit card number plus expiration date and security code (CVV), and financial account number and routing number; username and password; and precise geolocation data. We use this sensitive information for the purposes set forth above. We do not sell sensitive information, and we do not process or otherwise share sensitive information for the purpose of targeted advertising. However, depending on your state of residency and subject to certain legal limitations and exceptions, you may be able to limit, or withdraw your consent for, our processing of sensitive information.
California residents have the rights listed below under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). However, these rights are not absolute, and in certain cases we may decline your request as permitted by law. The following disclosures only apply to California residents:
Deletion. You can ask us to delete the Personal Information that we have collected from you.
Nondiscrimination. You are entitled to exercise the rights described above free from discrimination as prohibited by the CCPA.
How to exercise your rights to information, access, and deletion: You may exercise available rights by providing your name, email and phone number via email to inquiries@cargosprint.com. In submitting a request, we may ask you to verify your identity so that we can protect you against fraudulent requests for your information. Thus, we may ask you to sign into your account, to provide information about your identity or residence, or provide other confirming information to allow us to verify your identity. As a California resident, you may appoint an authorized agent to exercise your rights on your behalf. In order for us to honor a request made by your agent, you must submit proof of your written authorization of the agent or a valid power of attorney to inquiries@cargosprint.com prior to submitting a request.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), these additional disclosures supplement the information above. Unless specifically noted, terms in this section have the meaning of the terms defined in Art. 4 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), including for example ‘personal information’ used above which has the same meaning as ‘personal data’ under GDPR Art. 4(1). In addition to section 3 above, the legal basis for such processing is GDPR Art. 6(1). Your rights and choices as a data subject are outlined above including the right to confirm, access and obtain a copy of personal information processed by us, pursuant to GDPR Art. 15(1) and (3). You also have the right to withdraw consent (GDPR Art. 7(3)), rectification (GDPR Art. 16), and in some cases, to delete the personal information (GDPR Art. 17-18). EEA residents dissatisfied with how your information is collected and used may submit a complaint to the corresponding Data Protection Authority. We are based in the U.S., and the information we collect is processed and stored in the U.S. and may also be transferred to and processed in other countries where we or our service providers operate. This means that your personal information may be subject to privacy laws that differ from those in your country of residence.
For users located in the EEA, the U.K., or other regions with data transfer restrictions, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal information in accordance with applicable laws. These safeguards may include implementing the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or relying on other lawful transfer mechanisms recognized under the GDPR or UK GDPR.
By using our Services, you understand that your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other jurisdictions where we operate. Regardless of where your information is processed, we apply the same standards of care and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information as described in this Privacy Notice.
Our Privacy Notice has been designed and implemented in compliance with U.S. regulations on data protection, and where applicable EEA and UK regulations. We may update this notice at any time, at our sole discretion. When substantial changes are made, we will use reasonable measures to notify you. However, you may view our policies at any time on our website and are strongly advised to review them periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our Services after any change in this Privacy Notice will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
