Depending on the inquiry or issue, you will contact either CMA-CGM or eModal per the below guidance. 

  • For concerns regarding last free day or charges showing due on eModal- customers should contact CMA-CGM directly by emailing usa.clientsolutions@cma-cgm.com.
  • For technical eModal questions- customers should contact eModal directly at CMA-CGM.

The systems talk back and forth all day but there are data communications involved which could result in up to 60 minutes to reflect status changes.
To ensure smooth cargo pickup upon arriving at the terminal, please check eModal for cargo status prior to pickup.

To view payments made in eModal for your Company, navigate to Administration -> Company Purchase History.  There you will be able to access your payment history, a search tool, as well as resend a receipt for a past payment.

It can be found on CMA CGM's website at https://www.cma-cgm.com/ebusiness/tariffs/demurrage-detention. Select the “North America” tab and choose the link to the United States.

Click the link below to begin the refund process, the support team will respond as quickly as possible. It is always best to include as much information and supporting documentation to make the process as smooth and quick as possible. https://www.emodal.com

Terminals send this information to eModal and the Ocean Carrier systematically. If the container does not reflect your expected update within 60 minutes, contact CMA CGM directly by emailing usa.clientsolutions@cma-cgm.com.

"Good Through Date" is the date the container is satisfied through, either from free time, payments or a good faith release process.
