Depending on the inquiry or issue, you will contact APL  or eModal per the guidance below.

The systems talk back and forth all day, but data communications are involved, which could result in up to 60 minutes to reflect status changes.

To view payments made in eModal for your company, navigate to Administration ➝ ​Company Purchase History. You will be able to access your payment history, a search tool and resend a receipt for a past payment.

APL's Import Demurrage Tariff can be found at https://www.apl.com/ebusiness/tariffs/demurrage-detention.

Requesting a refund is an easy process. Visit the link below and submit a help request, the support team will respond as quickly as possible.

This is "Good Through Date" or the date that the container is satisfied through, either from Free Time, payments or a good faith release process.
